• Breath Work & Prayer – Begin by connecting with the Holy Spirit     
• Gentle Warm-Up – Release tension and prepare the body    
• Structured Movement (25–30 min) – Restore mobility, strengthen muscles, improve balance, and relieve common pain points     
• Lifestyle Teaching – Weekly focus from the TurnAround Lifestyle™ program • Cool Down & Closing Prayer – Reset body and spirit for strength beyond the studio
