Krystal Levi Herman
Krystal loves Jesus deeply and lives to help His Beloved walk in wholeness and fullness in Him. After 21 years as a single mom, she was blessed in her golden years to marry the love of her life—a Godly man who shares her faith and heart for ministry. Today she radiates glowing health, but that was not always the case—her journey includes recovering from a broken neck and overcoming other significant life challenges.
As a certified life coach and former President/CEO of the Northern Indiana Workforce Board, Krystal brings both spiritual insight and executive leadership experience to her work. She uses Scripture and faith in the unfailing love of the Father as the foundation for transformation—helping clients uncover what’s been holding them back, set clear goals, and create meaningful accountability. Her leadership in workforce development resulted in more than $30 million in funding to restore economic stability during COVID, and she is known for designing human-centered programs that rebuild lives, careers, and communities.
Krystal’s coaching draws from more than 15 years of experience helping families reconnect, marriages reunite, businesses overcome plateaus, and individuals navigate health challenges and addictions. Her training through Fowler-Wainwright and Sapien Harbor Coaching Academy built upon the wisdom of respected leaders such as Steve Hardison, Steve Chandler, Stephen McGhee, Charisse McCrory, Byron Katie, Syd Banks, and George Pransky.
Her compassion and empathy are rooted in personal experience—navigating childhood trauma, miscarriage, a failed marriage, the death of a former spouse, helping her children process the suicide of a parent, caring for an aging parent, the loss of a parent, job loss, rebuilding a career, and entrepreneurship from a young age. She also holds a degree in Music Education, has served in churches building choirs for adults and youth, and taught piano and voice for nine years.
Krystal’s life is a living testimony that no matter the loss, God can restore joy, rebuild purpose, and write a new story.
